30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try BedAnchor on the worst corner in the house. If the sheet still comes off you can return it within 30 days of the day it was delivered and we will refund what you paid for it.

How to start a return
Email support@bedanchor.store with your order number and a line about what went wrong. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Conditions
- The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Send the holders back in any box or mailer. Normal use is fine. We do not accept items that are cut, snapped or heavily soiled.
- Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. In that case we cover it and you keep the set.

Refunds
Once the return arrives we check it and send the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our fault.

Damaged or wrong item
If your set arrives damaged or you received the wrong pack, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email us within that period and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. The same return address and refund timing apply.
