This website is operated by BedAnchor. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices
We sell the BedAnchor Sheet Holders, a set of four corner holders that keep a fitted sheet on a mattress. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. Compare-at prices show the regular price of a single set and are for comparison with our bundle pricing. We do our best to describe the product accurately, including how it fits, and we do not promise it will work on every bed or with every sheet. Please read the fit notes before ordering.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We can refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the price was listed in error, or if the item is out of stock. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Shipping and returns
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Use of the product
The holders clip to the corner of a fitted sheet and the plate slides under the mattress. Use them as described. They are not a lifting aid, they are not for use on a person, and we are not responsible for damage from use other than as directed, including damage to very thin or delicate fabrics.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Content and trademarks
BedAnchor, the BedAnchor logo and the content of this site belong to us. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes will first be handled by contacting us at support@bedanchor.com so we can resolve them directly.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order applies to your order.
