Shipping policy

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, most of Europe, and a number of other countries. If we ship to you, your country will appear at checkout. All prices and shipping charges are in US dollars.

Rates
- $4.95 per order, wherever we ship.
- Free on every order of $30 or more, wherever we ship.
- Both bundles pass $30, so the 2-set and the 3-set always ship free.

Timing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days in the United States, 10 to 16 business days to the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, and 12 to 25 business days everywhere else. We ship from our supplier warehouse and email you a tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way. Holiday peaks can add a few days.

Import charges
Your order ships from outside your country. Any import duty, tax or customs handling fee is set by your own country and is not included in the price you pay us. These are usually small or zero on an order of this value, but they are yours to pay if your customs office charges them.

Tracking
Use the Track Order page on our site with the tracking number from your shipping email. If tracking has not moved in 10 business days, email us and we will chase it.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with neighbors and your building first, then email us within 7 days. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address changes
Email support@bedanchor.store right away if you need to change the address. We can update it until the order is handed to the carrier.
