The corner comes off because nothing is holding the sheet in place. BedAnchor holds it from underneath. A flat base sits inside the bed under the corner of your mattress, and your fitted sheet goes right over the top of the holder. Then a clear strip slides into a slot through the sheet and locks the corner. The holder is hidden under the sheet. The only thing you can see is a thin clear strip.

How it works

1. Lift the corner of your mattress and set the base on the bed frame under it.
2. Pull the fitted sheet down over the corner so it covers the holder.
3. Slide the clear strip into the slot through the sheet. That locks it.

Worth knowing before you buy

We would rather say this now than after you have paid. You need to be able to lift the corner of your mattress to fit it, so a very heavy mattress is easier with two people the first time. The strip is what does the locking, so keep the four strips with the holders on wash day. On a bed with slats spaced wide apart there is less for the base to sit on. No product fixes every bed and we are not going to pretend this one does.
